EuroDrugstore.EU: Return and Refund Policy
In conformity with industry standards, we do not accept any returns of medications. If you received an incomplete order or if you are not happy with the product, and would like to receive a refund, please contact us.
If for some reason your order did not arrive or was damaged, we can issue a full refund or send another package at your request. If however, you received a partial order, we will issue a full refund, and then charge your Credit Card again for the remaining balance (so you are fully refunded, and then charged only for the product(s) you received).
If we accept your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. Depend on your bank, you may to expect money back on your account within 7 business days from date of refund.
We will ask you to first allow 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after those 30 days, you have not receive the package, or if you received notification by Customs that your package was on hold or returned to sender, please contact us and we will take care of your request promptly.

1) If you have any queries regarding your transaction, please contact us before all.
2) Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and user name will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
