How to order at EuroDrugstore.EU
We at EuroDrugstore.EU provide an efficient and easy way to place and process your order. Here are simple instructions to guide you:
Step 1: look for your product
The first step is to locate the product you want to purchase. We suggest you begin from our main page / and browse the categories or use "Search" located at the top of every page.
Step 2: add product to shopping trolley
You may add a particular medication to the shopping trolley by clicking on the BUY button alongside the pack you would like to buy. You can also update the amount or remove a medication from your shopping trolley at any time.
Step 3: checkout
Once you have finished adding products to your shopping trolley, simply click on the Checkout button. The checkout process requires you to provide your billing and shipping details as well as choose your payment option. You may also have to conform with your country's additional delivery options.
Step 4: log in or sign up
Sign up for a new account or log in if you are a returned customer. Your account lets you manage your personal information, change your details and view all your orders.
Step 5: order confirmation
After submitting your order you will receive an email confirming that the order was received. Please understand, it does NOT mean that your order has been paid for. It is a notification of receipt of your order only.
Step 6: payment confirmation
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation. After that our despatch department will prepare your order and transfer it to the delivery company that will bring it to you. Paying for your order
As mentioned above, we don't take your money the moment you place your order with us. You will receive a notification by email once your payment has been approved.
We will submit to our processing company the exact sum of money shown on your order. Due to bank procedural rules, the money that they take from you (in the case of card processing) is not the same as that shown in your order, the bank will add a small extra amount as a processing fee.
In addition, if your bank account currency and that of ours is different, your bank will also take a currency exchange fee. Our currency calculator is based on the rates of the European central bank and updated twice every business day. Every bank has its own rates that differ slightly from the rates of the European central bank. Please consult your bank regarding card processing and exchange fees.
